  • How long is your lease term?

    We offer 12 month leases, with most leases expiring in the summer.

  • What does our lease look like?

  • Do you take pets?

    Pets are not allowed in our apartment complexes, but we have many houses that are pet friendly with an appropriate security deposit.

  • What if I need to cancel a lease?

    All residents are responsible for the full term of their lease.

  • Who takes care of maintenance?

    Meyers Management manages over 1700 units and has a full service maintenance staff. We provide 24 hour service for emergencies.

  • Do you have parking at your apartments?

    Some of our properties have on-site parking available. Some of the properties have reserved garage spaces available.

  • Do your properties have laundry?

    All of our properties have laundry facilities on site.
