How long is your lease term?
We offer 12 month leases, with most leases expiring in the summer.

Do you take pets?
Pets are not allowed in our apartment complexes, but we have many houses that are pet friendly with an appropriate security deposit.
What if I need to cancel a lease?
All residents are responsible for the full term of their lease. If there are extenuating circumstances, you will need to speak with Meyers Management.
Who takes care of maintenance?
Meyers Management manages over 1700 units and has a full service maintenance staff. We provide 24 hour service for emergencies.
Do you have parking at your apartments?
Most of our properties have on-site parking available. Some of the properties have reserved garage spaces available.
Do your properties have laundry?
All of our properties have laundry facilities on site.
